If you have experience as a Sanitor and are interested in a career in Sanitation training we are looking for you! Compensation:
$24 /hr $500 Sign on Bonus upon completion of 90 days.
Responsibilities Ensure new and ongoing location training programs are successfully delivered and completed Organize, track, report, and maintain accurate training records using learning systems Develop a competent workforce by utilizing hands-on training methods Collaborate with safety, HR and Ops leadership to develop training curriculum Partner with site supervisors, op admin, and HR managers to schedule new hire on-the-floor training Ensure new hires complete and can demonstrate all safety requirements, 7 steps of sanitation and GMPs, in addition to other skills necessary for their position Consistently practices and models proper care, use, and maintenance of all team equipment and PPE Conduct or organize training to certify sanitors in areas such as OSHA, Forklift, chemical safety, etc.
Ensure new hires have the tools needed to do their job and understand how to safely use all tools Answer questions, make observations, and provide feedback to the employee concerning their job performance Conduct regular refresher training in all areas of safety and sanitation Periodically meet with employees who have completed training to assess strengths and weaknesses on skill learned Provide appropriate feedback and recognition throughout all stages of training REQUIREMENTS Must have a minimum of 3
years sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment Must demonstrate knowledge of all safety measures associated with production plant sanitation Demonstrate an approachable, pleasant, positive attitude Ability to provide constructive feedback in a direct but encouraging manner Basic familiarity dealing with regulatory inspectors (FDA, USDA and OSHA) Previous experiance as a Sanitation Lead, Sanitation Technition, Sanitation worker Microsoft proficiency preferred Chemical mixing and titration certification or equivalent Must have good oral and written communication skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is expected to actively participate on the production floor.
Frequent lifting, kneeling, and bending with items up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to tolerate wet or dry environments and temperatures may range from 25 F to 110 F Repetitive hand, wrist and finger activities.
