Drainage Specialist

Total Seed Production is a corn and soybean seed production facility located in Tipton, IN.
We are currently looking for a motivated individual to be responsible for our farm drainage.
In this Drainage Technician position, you will be responsible for drainage planning and design; installation and repair of tile drainage; surface drainage installation and maintenance; fence row/ditch clearing and maintenance; preventative/daily maintenance and light repairs and ability to operate heavy equipment.
Successful candidate must have the ability to dig on grade; operate GPS and laser grade controls; must be self-motivated; able to solve problems and overcome challenges.

Qualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma/GEDPrevious farm experience preferredPrevious machine operation experience requiredAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentBasic mechanical/maintenance skills requiredAbility to work in the different seasons and a variety of weather conditionsVariety in tasks and jobsFlexibility in hours with overtime availableAbility to work as part of a teamAdheres to and is committed to following all safety policies and practices Total Seed Production offers the following

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
