8K a year Administrative Assistant Total Seed Production is a corn and soybean seed production facility located in Tipton, IN.
We are currently seeking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant.
This role provides administrative support to the front office as well as the scale house, and shipping and receiving departments.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
A successful Administrative Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
Answering and routing phone calls Greeting Customers and Guest Help drivers weigh in and out Miscellaneous office duties Disperse parcel deliveries to recipients Help in Harvest duties Office supply inventory Other duties as assigned Skills/
Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Open to learning and absorbing other office functions as they come about Education:
